To Sell: To sell a Robert Sudlow painting on this website, please email us as much of the following information as possible: 1) your full name, address, phone numbers, fax 2) Description of the artwork (ex. oil painting, size, title and date when painted, Artist name...) 3) condition of the artwork ( the condition of the artwork has to be specified accurately. All notable damages must be mentioned.) 4) Asking price 5) A good photos (as true to color as possible) of the artwork (jpg format preferred) 6) Any other information about the piece that you think would help sell it, is helpful. Appraisals are available for a fee depending on the amount of research needed to determine a market value. There is a minimum of $75 per appraisal. 7) Membership and posting fees: your information will be place on the website available to public within 3 business days, depending on sufficiency of the information or the volume of requests. 1 month membership is $39.00 for one posted artwork and $35 per additional 3 months membership is $90.00 for one posted artwork, and $35.00 per additional 6 months membership is $150.00 for up to two posted artwork, and $35.00 per additional 12 months membership is $250.00 for up to two posted artwork, and 35.00 per additional payments can be made by visa, master card, American express, check, or cash payable to Roy's Art Gallery, 1410 Kasold dr. Therefore, all paintings listed in the Public Album must be accompanied with valid information. All artwork listed must be of Robert Sudlow's only. Membership dues and posting fees must be paid with the submission of the order. Posting will take place 3 business days after the confirmation of your payments. A contract will be sent to you to be signed and returned. As a broker we will actively try to find buyers for your piece while it is in your possession. In case of a success, we will directly contact and notify you as soon as possible. All the terms and conditions(such as price, handling, insurance, payment, shipping, and other elements of concern for a secure and fair transaction), will be negotiated as you wish with the prospective buyers. Our goal would be a 100% satisfaction of the parties involved. Upon final agreement, proper documents will be signed to secure the parties intentions. Roy's Art Gallery will retain 20% of the selling price paid by the seller when the transaction is completed.
